Spring is Ohlins I weigh 155 lbs no gear, spring is to stiff for me, had to back adjuster nuts all the way off to almost no tension. Ohlins does not offer this shock for XR400's anymore. Shock spring retailed for over shock is in excellent working condition, very low hours. Used Ohlins shock for XR400r.
