Sag is much less than with an oem f shock. This will also fit Ninja 250's below is from Ninja250. Since it's designed for basically the same bike. It's much better when riding 2 up, and the bike will squat less at the rear when accelerating.

Org the shock is a direct swap onto the older ex250f. The j model shock is stiffer.
